Mister Maker Comes back to Town
The Foundation, part of Zodiak Kids, Zodiak Media Group’s children’s production and distribution arm, has announced that Mister Maker Comes to Town has been re-commissioned by the BBC for a second series.
The Foundation will produce 25x20’ episodes plus a Christmas special. Filming will start in May.
CBeebies’ arts and crafts show Mister Maker Comes to Town, the spin-off series of the successful CBeebies show Mister Maker, is the ultimate interactive arts and crafts show for younger kids.
The series will feature the usual creative segments including; ‘The Big Surprise’, where Mister Maker helps a group of children with their ‘makes’ on a bigger scale and the regular ‘minute make time’ feature will be filmed outdoors in front of a live audience. Mister Maker will also be joined by his friends ‘Scrappz’, a puppet made of scraps who lives in the Doodle Drawers.
