New publishing deal for ZhuZhu Pets
Lisle International has announced a new partnership with the renowned children’s publisher, Egmont, for ZhuZhu Pets.
Egmont has entered the multi-territory agreement with Lisle International and Cepia LLC to publish all book formats, plus a regular magazine based around the ZhuZhu Pets character in the United Kingdom and the Baltic’s.
Aimed at girls aged 4-9, a ZhuZhu Pets publication range will go on sale in the UK from July 2011, and will see Egmont publish ZhuZhu Pets Sticker Activity and Colouring Books, a ZhuZhu Pets Pocket Library and a ZhuZhu Pets Annual, together with a monthly magazine called All About…Zhu Zhu Pets.
Speaking of the agreement, Gayle Tarrant, Licensing Partner commented: “We are pleased to be working together with Egmont to create a wide range of ZhuZhu Pets books and publications. What’s more, with this publishing deal, the property will be able to reach children in a new way; creating more choice for existing fans whilst attracting new children to the Zhuniverse."
