Ambassadorial role for Timmy
Aardman Rights has teamed up with the Pre-school Learning Alliance to make Timmy Time’s Timmy an ambassador for the charity.
Aardman is aligning with the charity in a deal which is perfectly on
target for the brand and will see Timmy supporting over 15,000 early
years settings and the families they look after. Timmy will feature in
Alliance pull-out supplements and a poster campaign which will appear
in all Alliance settings nationwide, communicating early learning
messages to nurseries, parents and children in a fun and engaging
manner.
In return for access to Timmy Time branding on Early Years
Foundation Stage learning and development materials for settings, the
Alliance will be supplying Aardman with much needed and valuable advice
for parents whose little ones are starting nursery for the first time.
This support for parents will be promoted through the Timmy Time
website and other parental communication channels where appropriate.
Commenting on the partnership, Sean Clarke, head of Aardman Rights
said: “The Pre-school Learning Alliance is the perfect partner for
Timmy – he is already well-known and much-loved by children and their
carers and this partnership will add further credibility to his
position in the pre-school world.”
Neil Leitch, acting chief executive at the Alliance adds: “We are
delighted to be teaming up with Timmy Time, especially as the
partnership promises wide-ranging benefits for the children and
families we support. We look forward to working with Aardman Rights.”
