Timmy Time for the US

Hit Aardman Animations pre-school animation will be launching across North America on the Disney Channel. 

Timmy Time is scheduled to air on Disney Channel's ‘Playhouse Disney’ from September 13, 2010, following a special sneak preview on the evening of September 7th.

Timmy Time has already enjoyed great success since launch in the UK on Cbeebies. Sean Clarke, head of Aardman Rights, says: “We’re thrilled to present Timmy in his own show to the North American audience.  Like his elder flockmate, Shaun the Sheep, he is a much loved member of the Aardman line-up, and we are excited to add to his fanbase in these new territories with Disney Channel as our broadcast partner.”
 
Lionsgate and HIT Entertainment are on board for DVD with the first release due early 2011. Timmy Time toys will also be available in spring 2011 from JAKKS Pacific.
