Everything's turned out Rosie
The much anticipated Everything's Rosie is being broadcast this spring on CBeebies within the coveted Discover & Do slot.
Designed to appeal to both boys and girls aged from three to six
years, the new high definition CGI-animation Everything's Rosie (52 x
11-min) has an ensemble cast of seven main characters, plus a host of
supporting stars that allow for endless licensing opportunities.
The central character is Rosie, with her colourful hair held on with a
bright green button, along with her best friend, a blue rabbit called
Raggles. Other characters include Bluebird the chatterbox, cuddly Big
Bear, wise old Oakley, dare-devil Will and artistic Holly.
V&S Entertainment’s CEO, Vickie Corner says: “The vibrant colour
palette, eye-catching locations and endearing characters in
Everything's Rosie have been designed and styled to capture the
imagination of our pre-school audience. We look forward to the next
exciting stage in the growth of this property and to developing ‘Rosie’
into a saleable merchandising commodity.”
V&S Entertainment is in a strong market position having retained
all licensing rights. An international publishing deal for Everything's
Rosie is in the offing and a number of other negotiations are currently
underway.
