Four more years!

Topps Company and DFL Sports Enterprises have renewed their existing contract for a further four years.

Christian Seifert, CEO of DFL Deutsche Fussball Liga commented: “With Topps we are pursuing an already existing partnership and are pleased to have an established partner, who, in the current rights period, has already set a high benchmark in terms of innovation. Stickers and trading cards make the brand Bundesliga come alive. This is one of the reasons why we set such great value upon a trendsetting approach with a view to new digital possibilities."

Commenting on the renewal of the agreement Chris Rodman, vice president and group MD of Topps Europe said: “The DFL and Topps relationship started in 2009, and as result of launching innovative and exciting new product that captivated the interest of the German consumer, allied to an exceptional brand in the Bundesliga, Topps has grown the category by over 200 per cent. We are thrilled to be extending such a successful relationship for a further four years.”

Topps'  product range will include trading cards and stickers as well as the rights for digital usage for internet and mobile services.
