Gossip Girl collection hits the high street
Leading high street fashion retailer Miss Selfridge has launched an exclusive range of dresses inspired by Warner Bros. hit TV series Gossip Girl.
The launch was a great success, with an invitation-only preview at the Miss Selfridge London showroom and a special guest appearance from Chace Crawford, the show’s resident heartthrob.
The new collection, designed by the Miss Selfridge team and overseen by the show's stylist Eric Daman, is based on the style of the four female lead characters and received an overwhelming positive reaction from the attending press with traffic to the Miss Selfridge website increasing significantly last weekend.
Outfits in the style of Serena van der Woodsen, Blair Waldorf, Jenny Humphrey and Vanessa Abrams will be available to buy online at www.missselfridge.co.uk and at Miss Selfridge’s flagship store in Oxford Street, London from 27th April and launch in stores nationwide from 30th April 2010.
