Lima seminar line-up
The International Licensing Industry Merchandisers' Association (LIMA)
has announced its seminar line-up for Licensing International Expo 2010.
With an emphasis on helping licensing professionals expand their
knowledge base, the comprehensive programme will cover topics ranging
from retail and distribution strategies, legal and financial issues to
social media, marketing challenges and international expansion. The
conference offers a strategic look at virtually all major industry
segments, including corporate branding, art, sports, and fashion
licensing as well as growth markets such as Asia, the Middle East,
Europe, and Latin America.
The conference program runs from Sunday, 6th June to Wednesday 9th
June. A free keynote session will once again be presented on Tuesday,
the opening morning of the show. Details of the keynote will be
announced in the coming weeks.
“Licensing University 2010 is our most diverse conference program
to date, with many sessions focusing on emerging trends and business
opportunities that the licensing community needs to understand in order
to grow and thrive,” said Charles Riotto, president of LIMA. “Whether
you’re new to licensing or a veteran licensee or licensor, retailer or
manufacturer, there are sessions tailored to your needs, many of which
are eligible for credit under our Certificate of Licensing Studies
(CLS) programme.”
