New partners for Gogo’s Crazy Bones
Bulldog Licensing has announced that four new UK licensees have joined
the ever-expanding list of partners for hit kids’ property Gogo’s Crazy
Bones.
Gogo’s Crazy Bones need little introduction – the innovative
collectible figures (produced by Magic Box International and PPI
Worldwide Group) have swept all before them since launching in 2008,
and the brand is now firmly established as the number-one selling toy
collectable in the UK.
Gogo’s fever has heightened even further since the December launch
of the Gogo’s website at www.gogoscrazybones.com, which is attracting
huge levels of traffic as Gogo’s fans log-on to learn new games, enter
competitions and catch up on all the latest Gogo’s news.
The new additions to the Gogo’s licensing fold are VMC (apparel
accessories), Toybrokers (craft product), Lightbody (celebration cakes)
and Titan, which is set to produce a monthly Gogo’s magazine due to
launch in September.
The new licensees join a host of other top names, including Bacup
(footwear), Sambro (stationery), Portico (greetings cards), Pyramid
(posters), Roy Lowe and Sons (socks), Infocado (calendars), Zap
(bedding), Halsall (wheeled toys), Poetic Gem (apparel), MV Sports and
Leisure (plush), Alpa (back to school and giftware), Vogue (lunch boxes
and bottles), Winning Moves (top trumps) and Penguin and Random House
(publishing).
"Gogo’s is hotter than ever and the figures are selling in colossal
numbers," says Bulldog MD Rob Corney. "The level of interest from the
licensing industry is still very high and 2010 looks set to be the
brand’s best year yet!"
