Flair arrives at Jungle Junction
UK toy firm Flair has announced details of a new toy range based on Disney's pre-school show Jungle Junction.
From autumn 2011, Flair will bring Jungle Junction’s fun loving characters to life, with a collection of vehicles and play sets featuring all the main characters from the TV show, having been awarded the master toy licence for the UK and Republic of Ireland.
The Jungle Junction animated series follows a group of animals on wheels as they explore the magical jungle where they live. Part animal, part vehicle, the inhabitants of Jungle Junction embark on fast-moving adventures. The series has become a global success for Playhouse Disney, with pre-schoolers and their parents embracing its characters and unique jungle world.
Speaking of this latest development for Flair’s growing pre-school division, product manager Kerry Paternoster, commented: “We are delighted to be awarded the master toy licence for this inspirational property. Jungle Junction is already proving to be a success story for Disney being popular with both pre-school children who identify with the fun characters and parents who appreciate the rich content of the storylines. We anticipate the toy lines, which combine cute animal characters with quirky vehicles (two favourite features with young children), will be just as successful and will offer a great choice when buying for this age group.”
