Sesame Workshop Promotes Three Staffers
Sesame Workshop, the nonprofit organization behind Sesame Street, has promoted Scott Chambers to senior vice president, Worldwide Media Distribution; Mike Khouri to vice president, Home Video and Audio Distribution; and Jennifer Perry to vice president of Publishing, announced Terry Fitzpatrick, executive vice president, Distribution.

“Not only does Sesame Workshop house a rich library of assets that are being made available through new distribution channels, but we’re also continuing to produce new creative daily for a multitude of platforms including the digital arena,” said Fitzpatrick. “Scott, Mike and Jennifer each possess strong qualities in business development, strategic planning and licensee relationship management that are critical in growing the Sesame brand and ultimately extending the reach of our educational content around the world.”
Sesame Workshop is the nonprofit educational organization that revolutionised children’s television programming with the landmark Sesame Street. The Workshop produces local Sesame Street programs, seen in over 140 countries, and other acclaimed shows to help bridge the literacy gap including The Electric Company. Beyond television, the Workshop produces content for multiple media platforms on a wide range of issues including literacy, health and military deployment.
