Fifi continues to bloom in the UK
Chapman Entertainment is pleased to announce three new partnerships for its favourite Fiddly Flower Petal property, Fifi and the Flowertots.
With gardening deals including M&G, Mr Fothergill’s Seeds and Meredith Nurseries running exclusively in Focus DIY stores from now until Spring 2011, followed by complete product roll out next year.
M&G, a leading industrial export company in packaged flower bulbs, has signed up to produce bulbs and garden tools for the hit pre-school property on Five’s Milkshake! and Nick Jr. The flowers include Poppies, Daffodils, Crocus, Iris and Tulips – each representing a favourite flower of Fifi and friends, which is highlighted on some of the branded packaging and available for £2.49 each or 3 for £5.
The second gardening licensee announced by Chapman Entertainment is Mr Fothergill’s Seeds. A mixture of ten flower and vegetable seeds has been created and is available in store this month for £1.25 each. The product names have been designed to reflect the Flowertot gang including ‘Flutterby Attracting’, ‘Fifi Forget-Me-Not’, ‘Slugsy’s Lettuce’ etc. Mr Fothergill’s vast experience in the market makes them an ideal partner for Fifi!
The third gardening partner to be announced today is Meredith Nurseries, with flower and fruit pots launching in February 2011 at £2.99 each. Some of the Flowertot ‘flowers’ featuring in the range reflect characters including, Primrose and Violet. All flowers have names that also appeal to children such as ‘Pansy Raspberry Sundae and Nemesia Candy Floss etc. Every month a new selection will be on sale replacing the previous month.

Fifi and the Flowertots has blossomed into one of the most-loved pre-school programmes on-air in Britain. The award-winning series is beautifully constructed by Bob The Builder creator, Keith Chapman, and brings to life a series of wonderful characters that inhabit an enchanting garden-filled world called Flowertot Garden.
Through Fifi and her friends, children can learn important life lessons about fun, friendship, laughter, music and working together to find solutions. Each episode celebrates the outdoors, which encourages girls and boys to develop an appreciation of being outside and discovering the world around them. Fifi loves cooking in her kitchen with fruit and vegetables which is also a great way for children to learn how to lead a healthier lifestyle.
