Moshi Monsters toys launch in America

A range of U.S. Moshi Monsters toys is launching for the first time at an event in Times Square, New York.

A launch party featuring the new toys will be held on August 5th from noon till 3pm at Toys R Us in New York.

The full line of products, made by  Spin Master, will be available exclusively in the U.S. at Toys R Us stores nationwide and online at www.toysrus.com.
 
The toys will include secret codes that can be used to retrieve virtual items for adopted Moshi Monsters, as well as trial memberships.  
 
Event attendees will also have the chance to enjoy other appearances and activities, such as Moshi Monsters characters, Poppet and Katsuma, appearing live in the fur, face painting, Autographs by Michael Acton Smith - founder of Mind Candy and creator of Moshi Monsters. While supplies last, attendees will receive a complimentary Moshi Code giveaway, created exclusively for the event, of a Liberty trophy, used to decorate your virtual room on MoshiMonsters.com.  
   
Additionally, the first 250 event attendees will have a chance to receive a special copy of the Moshi Monsters Magazine.
