Little Charley Bear Master Toy Deal
Chapman Entertainment and Haven Licensing announced that new Australian toy company, Big Balloon, will be the master toy licensee for Little Charley Bear, which is currently airing on CBeebies in the UK and launching on ABC2 in Australia from March.
Chapman Entertainment has worked with Big Balloon company founders (Tony Oates and Chris Loverso) on two other successful pre-school properties, Fifi and the Flowertots and Roary the Racing Car.
The contract with Big Balloon will see the company distributing a range of pre-school toys that embrace Little Charley Bear’s core values and encourage development through discovery, adventure and imagination. These products will include plush, puzzles, playsets and games, which are expected to be on the shelf in Australia by spring / summer 2011.
