New licensing partners for Hero:108™
Moonscoop has signed a raft of new licensees in France for Hero:108, as production continues on a 52 x 11-minute second season of the comedy/action adventure series.
New licensees include a pan-European deal for costumes with Cesar and France apparel; Blues Fillobranca and Maroquinerie Luc d’Arvillers for back to school bags; skates and inline rollers for D’Arpege, and costumed characters with Evasion Communication.
Brigitte Legendre-Benloulou, director of consumer products at Moonscoop commented: “Following a strong launch last year across both TV and gaming consumer products, activity on Hero:108 is gaining even more momentum in 2011 and will be boosted by the launch of the second season. We already have some strong partners in place and welcome our new licensees in France and across Europe, as we aim to further expand the presence of the brand this year.”

Licensees already on board include Playmates as worldwide master toy partner (distributed by Giochi Preziosi in France, Spain and Italy), Atlantyca Entertainment for worldwide publishing and Mad Engine for t-shirts in the US and Canada, amongst others.
Moonscoop, Turner Broadcasting, Gamania and Telegael are currently working on production of the second season of Hero:108 following the successful launch of the first season on Turner Broadcasting channels in the US, UK and further international territories, including Latin America, Germany, Italy, CEE, Iberia, Middle East, Asia and Africa earlier this year.
