New sales structure for Kidz
Kidz Entertainment/EEMC has announced details of a new corporate structure that will see key executives taking on new territory-specific sales management roles.
The structure has been created in order to keep pace with the ongoing development and growth that the company has been experiencing and to strengthen ties with new and existing partners. Four members of the Kidz Entertainment team will now take on operational responsibility for key territories as follows:
Nordic - Søren Buhl
Poland - Slawek Ekiert
Russia/CIS - Claus Tømming
CEE (Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, Bulgaria, and the Ex-Yugoslavia) - Ádám Sólyom (above right), a new member of the team who joins the company from a previous position as sales manager at Carta Mundi.
The reorganisation will also see strategic sales director Darran Garnham leaving the company to take on a role as head of licensing with Mind Candy.
“The new structure is designed to offer us greater flexibility and operational capability,” explained Morten Geschwendtner, CEO, Kidz Entertainment/EEMC. “While the team will all receive ongoing support from management it represents a new, decentralised way of working that offers our clients a single point of contact with a Kidz Ents executive who has specific knowledge of, and responsibility for, one particular territory.”
