The Licensing Awards 2011
The Licensing Awards 2011 are now officially open for entries. Entry and nomination forms (online and downloadable) plus ticket booking forms for the awards event are now available from the website.
Tickets are selling out fast for The Licensing Awards event on September 13th, which this year will take place in The Great Room of the Grosvenor House Hotel, London, and will be attended by 1,300 retailers, licensees, licensors and industry suppliers.
“The licensing industry is incredibly dynamic, vibrant and exciting. The Licensing Awards 2011 are the ultimate accolades to reward excellence in retail execution, product innovation, property development and marketing expertise. Holding the awards event in The Great Room in The Grosvenor House Hotel for the first time this year befits the gravitas that the awards themselves are now held,” commented Jakki Brown, director of The Licensing Awards and The Licensing Source Book.
The Licensing Awards 2011 categories cover all aspects of the UK licensing industry:
Retailer Awards – for retailers of licensed merchandise;
Product Awards – for ranges of licensed products;
Property Awards – for specific licensed properties;
Marketing Communication Award – for a specific marketing promotion;
Special Awards – for product innovation and honorary achievement.
Online entry for the Licensing Property Award categories will commence on March 5th. Closing date for entering the product awards is May 20th 2011.
