Multi-brand Driver Dan 

Driver Dan’s Story Train, produced by 3Line Media in association with twofour54 Abu Dhabi, is now set to become a global multi-platform brand.

The series website, www.driverdansstorytrain.com won Best Pre-school Companion Website as awarded by Kidscreen in February 2011.

The show was also shortlisted in the Best Pre-school Children’s Programme category at the 2011 Broadcast Awards.
 
CBeebies has re-commissioned the pre-school series with the second series currently in production in the UK with 3Line Media and in Abu Dhabi with twofour54 partner company Blink Studios. The brand new 50 additional 10-minute episodes and a half-hour special will feature new settings and a novel new character, which are due to air on CBeebies later this year.
 
Representing Driver Dan’s Story Train is UK-based licensing and merchandising agent, Andrew Kerr of Aoh!K Commercial, who has signed a host of new licensing partnerships. BBC Worldwide Magazines, the leading publisher of pre-school children’s magazines, will feature Driver Dan’s Story Train in their bestselling magazines, CBeebies Weekly and Animals magazine later in 2011. These popular titles are full of fun facts, stories, stickers, colouring-in, puzzles and pull-out and make activities in every issue.
 
MV Sports, the UK’s market leader in licensed character wheeled toys has also joined the Driver Dan family of licensed partners.  MV will launch an imaginative range of wheeled Driver Dan’s Story Train toys beginning 2012.
 
In support of the increasing consumer product activity Aoh!k has also confirmed a multi-media trade and consumer advertising campaign in the UK with Practical Parenting. The new relationship will see the brand in evidence in the publication throughout 2011 via paid media, advertorial and strategic product placement.
