Chitech wins Mattel Monster High licence

Chitech Industries has signed a UK and Eastern Europe licensing deal with Mattel to produce and market a range of girls’ bikes based on the new Monster High brand.

The new licence with Mattel will see Chitech unveil the Monster High bike range with Toys R Us in the UK this summer, aimed at 5-10 year-olds. The new range consists of 18” and 20” bikes, a 5” in-line scooter, and related accessories.

Roy Jones, CEO, Chitech commented: “We are delighted to be working with Mattel on Monster High, it is testament to the confidence they place in us, that they are extending our license portfolio to include Monster High. This brand is really taking off - the official Facebook site already has a following of over 300K, as well as an action musical movie in the pipeline.

"This is going to be the next big brand for girls and coupled with Chitech’s unparalleled quality and design, we're very confident that this range will be a big hit with great pull through sales."
