Ms Alexander has previously worked in local and international roles in new product development and product licensing. She also founded a successful Interiors and Garden Design business in London, which developed her interest and expertise in sustainability and building design optimisation.
Ms Alexander has a Masters in Consumer and Applied Sciences from the University of Otago and a Postgraduate Diploma in Landscape Designfrom the Inchbald School of Design, London.
