Press can now register for the biggest trade show of the year
Brand Licensing Europe 2011 returns for its 13th successful year to Olympia, London with over 250 exhibitors set to showcase more than 2,200 fashion and lifestyle brands, children’s characters, celebrities, art and image libraries, sports clubs, movies and TV studios.
Over 5,600 retail buyers, licensees, manufacturers and promotional professionals attended in 2010 to strike up lucrative licensing partnerships with the people behind the brands and to discover what licensed products consumers would be buying in the next 12-24 months. Media attending or covering the show last year included BBC Breakfast, the Guardian, the Independent magazine, the Observer, Marketing Week, Broadcast magazine, BBC 5 Live “Wake up to Money”, Brand Republicand many more.
Major brands represented on the show floor this year include BBC Worldwide, 4 Kids Entertainment, Disney, Nickelodeon, LiveNation, Hasbro Entertainment & Licensing, Manchester United, Muhammad Ali, Sony and 20thCentury Fox. All of these brands can be reached for comment and insight on licensing trends in future.
In addition, this year’s speakers include Michael Acton Smith, creator of global children’s phenomenon, Moshi Monsters and Howard Roffman, President of Lucas Licensing, the force behind Star Wars. Both of these speakers will present in the licensing academy and can be reached for comment and insight via Braben.
