Coolabi to be bought by North Promotions

Offer has been made, due diligence follows

Collabi's directors have reportedly reached a US$6.6million deal with North promotions.

The company owns the media rights to Bagpuss and Purple Ronnie, among others, and North promotions are primary shareholders in the business.

Due diligence will commence soon.
